Job Summary

  • Lead the implementation of global talent development and learning initiatives for specific business unit(s) and/or corporate function areas, aligning talent priorities with business objectives.
  • Serve as Global Process Owner for key enterprise talent initiatives, lead a team of talent development professionals, and leverage data to consult on trends.
  • Partner closely with GHR Business Partners and Management & Leadership teams to support business-specific talent routines and ensure the effectiveness of TLC Councils.
