Job Summary
This role is primarily focused on building agentic workflows and AI-first development practices that fundamentally change delivery speed, quality, and team effectiveness.
Design and implement agentic workflows that materially reduce delivery time and cognitive load, and build reusable accelerators, templates, and shared services for engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
Architect and Build LLM- and ML-powered solutions supporting digital journeys, call-center workflows, decisioning, and personalization, using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (optionally Go).

$130,000 – $210,000 per year
