Job Summary
The Senior Client Service Business Analyst will provide strategic business analysis services to Program Services to design system efficiencies and increase overall results.
Responsibilities include reviewing brokerage submissions, monitoring reinsurance contracts, performing financial reconciliations, and supporting internal and external audits.
