Bel Vista Healthcare Center is seeking a Resident Care Manager to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in nurse management, especially in long-term care, and will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care and staff supervision
Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Assists the DON in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff, and works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and respect.
