Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Supply Chain, or Account Management
3+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, business process management
Experience with order management systems and ERP platforms
