Lakeport Post Acute is seeking a Remote Resident Care Manager - LPN to assist in supervising nursing staff and managing clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a good standing license, and 3-5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in long-term care

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
  • Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff and assists with employee appraisals and problem resolution.
  • Oversees clinical operations, ensuring resident safety and respectful treatment, and acts as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
