Job Summary

  • Manages the defined pension plan, 401(k) and stock incentive benefit plans including recordkeeping, monthly and annual reconciliations of benefit data.
  • Develops and maintains resolutions, plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions (SPD’s), benefit summary outlines, HRMS procedures and forms, and company-wide employee benefit communication.
  • Provides customer service to all employees to resolve benefit plan issues as they arise.
