Job Summary
Manages the defined pension plan, 401(k) and stock incentive benefit plans including recordkeeping, monthly and annual reconciliations of benefit data.
Develops and maintains resolutions, plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions (SPD’s), benefit summary outlines, HRMS procedures and forms, and company-wide employee benefit communication.
Provides customer service to all employees to resolve benefit plan issues as they arise.
