Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years relevant experience
5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Proven cloud development project delivery
AWS prioritization experience
Cross-functional team management
JIRA and Confluence proficiency
Nice-to-have
Master's degree preferred
Experience with Azure and GCP platforms
Familiarity with GxP standards and compliance
Background in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
7+ years total experience including 5+ as Scrum Master
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
Strong project management skills in sprint planning and backlog refinement
