  • You’ll join a cross‑functional team to develop and fuse requirements into practical solutions, craft program plans, and lead implementation.
  • Reporting directly to the Test Program Managers and often speaking on behalf of the BT&E organization, you will be the technical architect and integrator who turns complex challenges into elegant, operational reality.

Salary

Senior Level (Level 4): $118,150 – $159,850; Subject Matter Expert Level (Level 5): $143,650 – $194,350; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product development and/or product design
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • 10 or more years' related work experience (Level 4)
  • 2+ years of experience in test procedure development
  • 2+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment
  • 2+ years of experience working in a flight test environment
