Job Summary

  • The Omnichannel Campaign Capabilities Lead will be accountable to develop and enable standards for development and execution of best-in-class Campaign-driven Omnichannel Customer Engagement journeys, orchestrating across channels and content.
  • This role includes the Business Ownership of corresponding digital platforms to ensure enhanced customer engagement and alignment with business goals.
  • You will collaborate with China GBU, Omnichannel business partners, Digital and global teams to align Omnichannel Campaign priorities in line with Brand and GTM Transformation strategies.
