The position involves creating Annual Business Plans with SMART KPIs and negotiating RPVA Trade Marketing plans with each On-Trade account.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 5 years FMCG experience
Mandatory Dubai On-Trade sector experience
Proven track record in On-Trade channel
Deep understanding of Dubai market landscape
Strong negotiation and P&L management skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
Experience with Wine & Spirits industry passion
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps
High cultural awareness for UAE setting
