Lead efforts to mature standard work for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.
Collaborate with the rest of the organization to fully understand inter-connections and identify gaps in the processes.
Define processes and associated IT tools requirements to maximize automation, minimize potential sources of errors, and eliminate waste.
