Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program
  • 3+ years advanced practice experience preferred
  • Active RN and APRN license in Oklahoma or PA license in Oklahoma
  • Prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply prior to hire
  • CPR and Advanced Life Support certifications
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire

Work Rights

Must obtain Oklahoma licensure within 30 days of employment
