Job Summary

  • This position is accountable for the safe and efficient movement of trains and for the oversight of T&E crews, overseeing and providing leadership and management oversight for agreement positions.
  • Responsibilities include providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineers, overseeing operation in coordination with the road trainmaster, and managing employees and train operations to optimize OTP.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a train service crew member or Train Director/Dispatcher
  • Demonstrated experience as Locomotive Engineer
