Job Summary

  • Develops and oversees nursing care plans that individually address each patient’s needs, caring for the patient’s mind, body and spirit while supporting their families and caregivers.
  • Makes initial nursing evaluation visits, practices nursing according to established standards, and assesses, collects, and analyzes comprehensive patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and plans of care.
  • Supervises clinical care provided by LPNs and Home Health Aides and serves in an on-call rotation providing patient care outside of regular business hours.
