The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures or incidents promptly.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and includes assisting residents with mobility, personal care, and preparing them for medical tests.
