Key Requirements
10+ years' experience in data/business analytics, data engineering or data modeling project delivery
5+ years' experience in scaling and managing team of 6+ persons
Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in developing data-driven strategies
University degree (preferred in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Big Data)
Experience in data querying technologies (e.g. SQL) and programming languages for process automations (e.g. Python, VBA)
Knowledge of data visualization/dashboarding technologies (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in data governance, data stewardship and data management
Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools
