Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills with nursing staff
Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Attention to detail in documenting resident changes
Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality
