The Senior Service Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple workstreams focused on the implementation of J&J standards compliance for Abiomed field Service and Repair (S&R).
This role involves performing quality-related operational activities for S&R, supporting the distributor control process, and providing direct Quality support for escalations, non-conformances, CAPA, and change control processes in EMEA.
The position requires strong collaboration and influence management skills to partner effectively across functions and operating units, with a focus on ensuring compliant, efficient, and effective Commercial Quality operations.
