Job Summary

  • The Fulfilment Specialist will deliver excellent customer experience by swiftly and accurately carrying out fulfilment, administrative and support services for Bupa Global.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer fulfilment enquiries and ensuring compliance with FCA and Treating Customers Fairly regulations.
  • The role includes supporting new team members and being a Customer Service Champion within the Fulfilment Team.
