Job Summary

• Plans and designs equipment to improve manufacturing processes in plant, maximizing equipment efficiencies by analyzing layout, workflow, and work force utilization.
• Recommends and implements improvements to equipment, developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Provides engineering technical support to both maintenance and production, including training, and assists in developing systems and controls to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with quality standards.

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 5 – 7 years steel related experience
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
