Job Summary
Provide comprehensive facilities management services for a number of assigned commercial and industrial properties, hard and soft building services management, and service contract and budget management.
Maintain building presentation standards, including ensuring all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties are maintained and operate correctly through close management of contractor services.
