Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive facilities management services for a number of assigned commercial and industrial properties, hard and soft building services management, and service contract and budget management.
  • Maintain building presentation standards, including ensuring all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties are maintained and operate correctly through close management of contractor services.
