  • This position is responsible for assisting Floor & Cocktail Servers in steps of guest service and resetting tables in a speedy, professional manner.
  • The incumbent must maintain general cleanliness and orderliness of tables while communicating guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff.
  • Candidates are expected to possess previous hospitality experience specifically in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge setting.
