Job Summary
Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in the selling of the Company's products and services, influencing customers and assisting them in applying products and services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve profitable sales and case growth objectives, and recruit, train and mentor new hires as well as existing TMs.
This role will also receive a quarterly incentive plan bonus up to 12% of base salary, based on performance, and benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: quarterly incentive plan bonus up to 12% of base salary; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
No DUI conviction for drug or alcohol within the last three years
