• Provide oversight of post Claims Recovery Platform recovery execution, ensuring recoveries are fully realized through disciplined reconciliation, exception resolution, and recovery system oversight.
• Maintain visibility and control over recovery inventory, including rolling balances, in flight recoveries, and completed recoveries.
