Base: $86,900.00 - $114,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive pay program based on performance; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid vacation & holidays, tuition assistance

Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in engineering problem solving
Basic understanding of machining methods
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Experience working in manufacturing environment
Ability to work Non-Standard Hours
Minimum of 2 years Machining process development experience
