ResMed is seeking a full-time remote Patient Success Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for medical equipment patients, focusing on resupply orders. Job Summary

  • This fully remote position offers competitive pay, and medical, dental, 401K and employee stock purchase plan.
  • The Patient Success Representative will make and receive follow-up calls to and from medical equipment patients for solicitation of resupply of existing products.
  • In this role you can expect to work a 40-hour work week with shifts on Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm CST.
