The Utilities Shutdown Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing critical utility and electrical shutdowns across an expansive 1.9 million square foot campus.
You will ensure all shutdown activities are conducted safely and efficiently with minimal operational impact across our 18-building campus.

Base: 95,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Paid parental leave, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial operations
OSHA 30 certification
NFPA 70E electrical safety standards
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash Training certifications
Experience developing JHA, MOP, and work permitting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing 5-15 concurrent work orders
Availability for planned after-hours work
