Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
8 years of experience in manufacturing with ISO standards or regulatory compliance
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Quality specific certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ)
Experience with EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21CFR820
