Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years managing IT Service Operations
  • Experience supporting multi-property Casino/Hotel Entertainment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
  • Industry Certifications in Microsoft Operating Systems
  • ITIL, MCSA, MCSE preferred
  • Technical understanding of PC and server platforms
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft SCCM, UNIX, SQL is a plus
  • Experience in handling Casino and Hotel applications support
