Key Requirements
5-10 years managing IT Service Operations
Experience supporting multi-property Casino/Hotel Entertainment
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Industry Certifications in Microsoft Operating Systems
ITIL, MCSA, MCSE preferred
Technical understanding of PC and server platforms
Working knowledge in Microsoft SCCM, UNIX, SQL is a plus
Experience in handling Casino and Hotel applications support
