The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and well-being.
The role requires reporting any changes in resident condition, accidents, or incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
