Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
  • Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge, and report any department equipment problems.
