Employees are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO accrual, 7 paid holidays

Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
