Job Summary

• The Clinical Trial Administrator assists in the delivery of Clinical Development objectives and achieves Clinical Operation Excellence, mainly by supporting the Clinical Research Manager (CRM)/Clinical Project Manager (CPM) in administrative activities within the conduct of clinical studies.
• Key responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, verifying, and archiving the Clinical Trial Master File (TMF), managing financial documents, tracking expenses in compliance with regulations, and entering data into the Ipsen Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or administration, strong experience in a clinical study environment within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company, knowledge of the clinical study environment with strong administrative organization, and English fluency.
