Must-have

  • ASHRAE, CSA, LEED commissioning requirements
  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment inspections
  • Field-based commissioning activities
  • Develop Commissioning Plans and Specifications
  • Chair Commissioning Meetings
  • Test mechanical and HVAC&R systems
  • Develop and execute seasonal/performance tests

Nice-to-have

  • Strong data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Key Requirements

  • Engineering Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
