Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year call center or laboratory experience
  • ability to maintain PHI confidentiality
  • Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training (preferred)
  • 2+ years laboratory training or specimen processing experience (preferred)
  • data entry experience in production environment (preferred)
