Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year call center or laboratory experience
ability to maintain PHI confidentiality
Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training (preferred)
2+ years laboratory training or specimen processing experience (preferred)
data entry experience in production environment (preferred)
