Job Summary

  • Cell Leader is responsible for the production targets of their assigned line (Line Scorecard) including safety, quality, equipment, and output.
  • Cell Leader will work with Mechanical Electrical teams, engineering, Process Engineer, Trainer, UMS Coordinator, Safety, Quality to set production standards according to the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).
  • Cell Leader is responsible for maintaining these standards through guidance, training, and supervision of line employees including operators, assistant operators, and production workers (3P).
