Job Summary
The VP Finance will oversee the finance and accounting function for a subsidiary with a primary focus on FP&A while working directly with the CEO and COO.
This role requires leading financial evaluations for potential alliances, acquisitions, mergers, and investments alongside managing cap tables and tax compliance.
Candidates must be willing to work 5 days a week in the Boulder office alongside the leadership team in a highly visible ownership position.
