Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years phlebotomy experience in outpatient lab
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
  • Must be at least 21 years old
