Job Summary

  • Provide Network Engineering support for all network segments and applications while acting as L1/2 escalation for critical incidents and leading triage and post-incident analysis.
  • Manage and optimize connectivity to public cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, supporting SD-WAN, traffic steering, and cloud edge security integration.
  • Build automation for configuration compliance and maintain network standards, runbooks, and validated configurations while executing ITIL processes in a 24x7 production environment.
