Key Requirements

  • BS or MS in a Technical Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in product support, customer success, account management, or consulting
  • 5+ years implementing or managing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, Kronos or similar projects
  • Experience with Human Resources, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Financials
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to engage at C-Level
  • Project management experience is a must
