Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6 years experience in services or projects environment
  • 4 years hands-on Salesforce ServiceMax PLM experience
  • Proven ability writing Business Requirements Documents BRDs
  • Experience leading user training and enablement programs
  • Coordination of UAT and regression testing activities

Nice-to-have

  • 10 years GE Vernova business operations experience
  • Strong understanding of field service processes
  • Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 6 years functional operations or business analyst experience
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on platform experience (Salesforce/ServiceMax)
  • Demonstrated experience writing Business Requirements Documents
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
