Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Day to day HVAC and refrigeration maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment
Maintain chilled water fan coil units
Maintain walk-in coolers and freezers
Operate and maintain air handling units
Work in 24/7 resort environment
Follow safety and fire procedures

Train and instruct staff
Maintain clean engineering work areas
Attend training and meetings
Communicate effectively with supervisors

Key Requirements
Legal ability to work in The Bahamas without sponsorship
Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
