Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Certification in boiler operation, HVAC, or water treatment
Familiarity with regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA)
Experience with preventative maintenance systems
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
Valid Driver’s License
Expertise in troubleshooting complex operational issues
Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg
Ability to work in high noise and temperature environments
Ability to ascend/descend stairs and enter confined spaces
