  • Ensure event staff are in their assigned roles and oversee check-in/check-out procedures, including uniform and equipment distribution.
  • Assist with the set-up of security screening equipment and signage, and respond to and document any incidents that occur.
  • Address guest concerns, including ticket resolution, and assist with traffic and parking management as needed.
