Job Summary

  • Plan, supervise, and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) for HVAC, water pumps, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, sanitary, and fire protection systems, supervising and guiding technicians.
  • Prepare, review, and update PM/CM reports, service records, and technical documentation, while maintaining spare parts inventory and equipment logs.
