Must-have
12+ years experience in Quality Supply Chain R&D
Knowledge of HACCP ISO9001/22000 L6S systems
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
Practical knowledge of Food Beverage categories
Expertise in plant commercialization and ingredient technology
Nice-to-have
Strong coaching and people development skills
Statistical process control and problem-solving techniques
Experience with third-party manufacturer compliance
Ability to facilitate communities of practice
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Engineering
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D
Minimum 5 years of experience with quality systems (HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S)
Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in high-risk food categories
