  • This position facilitates safe and efficient operational flow of the patient population and functions as part of inter-professional teams communicating and planning care with healthcare professionals.
  • The Supervisor is responsible for supervising advanced practice providers, conducting annual reviews, employee counseling, and collaborating with department administration to ensure quality patient care and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Accredited PA program
  • 5 years experience as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Registered Nurse - RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing) or exempt if PA
  • Nurse Practitioner - NP (CA Board of Registered Nursing) or exempt if PA
  • Physician Assistant - PA (CA DCA) license or exempt if NP
  • National Board Certification for NP or NCCPA for PA
  • DEA Certificate for controlled substances
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) if applicable
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
