Job Summary
Rehabilitation team members work within a specific team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with various disorders and conditions.
The Physical Therapy Team Member will have advanced knowledge in the treatment of oncology patients and be competent in the evaluation and treatment of lymphedema with complete decongestive therapy.
Team members assess patients, establish plans of care, provide treatment, educate patients and families, and facilitate continuing care planning.
