  • Rehabilitation team members work within a specific team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with various disorders and conditions.
  • The Physical Therapy Team Member will have advanced knowledge in the treatment of oncology patients and be competent in the evaluation and treatment of lymphedema with complete decongestive therapy.
  • Team members assess patients, establish plans of care, provide treatment, educate patients and families, and facilitate continuing care planning.
