Job Summary
This position conducts scientific work as part of the bedrock geology and/or surficial geology mapping programs at the Maine Geological Survey.
The successful candidate will perform geologic field work to map quadrangles and produce geologic maps to professional standards using GIS software.
Employees receive a total compensation package including health insurance where the State pays 85%-100% of premiums and 42 days of paid parental leave.
